Scam : Bertanya untuk menyewa rumah/kedai dan sebagainya

Harini nak ctr skit laa pasal scammer. Dalam dok nak mencari penyewa untuk rumah kedai, tb2 ada laa tersesat scammer sorang ni.. Inchik suami buat laa iklan dekat mudah(mmg banyak scammer). Tak lama lepas tu, dpt 1 msg dekat hp dia, nak sewa rumah kedai tu..please send details through email. Jadi inchik suami pun email laa kat dia gmbr kedai. Dalam dok berbalas email tu, dia dah rasa mcm scam..tp still dok bertanya2 la..

in Phang Nga, Thailand. I am coming to study and I will work part-time

visiting of website are restricted. I only squeezed out time to check
this advert and send you an email regarding this. i am ready to rent
it asap so tell me how much is the rent/share per month and how much
deposit do i have to pay. Please send me more period you wish to rent

Hi. For your info, this is a shop office unit, not a residential unit. In other words, it is meant for setting up office or shop.

May i know, where do you intend to study? What course? Any financial support for your study? E.g. any scholarship or parents support.

I will be working as assistant Lecturer in the same school where I
will be studying at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
I have enough money to take care of me and my study so I am not coming
for scholarship support. Please reply my last email as regards the

At the moment, the owner asks for rent RM 1900 per month (to be paid on the 1st of each month). Deposit 2+1, which means 2 months rental + 1 utility (Total deposit RM 5700).






If you agree, can you provide us with further details for verification purpose:


1) 1 passport copy


2) Letter from your current employer (Coastguard Agency)


3) Offer letter from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia regarding employment as assistant lecturer


4) Working permit


5) Details on your business, including SSM registration document

Beware semua..apa2 selidik dlu..hampir2 nk call UKM nak tanya pasal student nama ni..tp dah tau mcm ni..xyah call la..mmg xkan ada punya dalam data UKM tu.tp xtahu laa UKM boleh bg info atau x. Aku saja ja copy paste ayat2 tu masuk dlm blog sebab bila org search akan senang jumpa..klo pakai screenshot tkt payah plak nk jumpa..
